This paper provides a high-level overview of some potential use cases for AI and machine learning in human resources. It then dives deeper into a few use cases using a rubric to uncover their opportunities and challenges. I approach this from the perspective of an HR practitioner looking to understand the possibilities and potential issues, not as a data scientist or engineer focusing on the technical approach.
